Star Valley Ranch Whitetail Breeding

Our scientific whitetail deer breeding program began in 2005 from predominately 300+ Boone and Crockett genetics such as Gladiator, Max, Maxbo, Maxbo Express and Sunny Jr. coupled with Robert Williams genetics Bambi Cactus, Longhorn, Monarch, Rambo and 20/28. Other pedigrees recently added to our program include Hammertime, Moab, Maxbo Shadow, Texas Sam and King Solomon so that we may continually improve on the foundation of our 100% NADR certified herd. Understanding the need to continually increase quality and antler size, we have consistently stacked genetics to ultimately outcross providing for the highest quality well pedigreed doe herd. In the belief that maintaining a small percent of northern bloodline in our deer herd is important to our goals in 2009 we purchased Texas semen rights to DT Maximus Missle a 4 yr old 326 BC out of the Max lineage. With an inside width of 29” and beam lengths of 30” we are expecting great things out of his sons. We offer bred doe, breeder bucks, stocker bucks and have straws available out of all of SVR breeder bucks.
